Chef Rhett began his cooking career as a humble dishwasher in a fresh fish-jazz club in North Carolina, quickly rising in the ranks and learning his chops (literally). Soon after, he attended the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park New York graduating in 1992. After working in various privately owned restaurants around the country he ended up in Denver, Colorado where he managed and worked in many restaurants and kitchens. His attention was turned from cooking by flying, but he still cooked in the private sector in the new field of “Private Chef”. His joys in cooking stem from a deeply creative and industrious personality that he doesn’t get to use when flying. He is ready to prepare you a meal you will not forget.
